As soon as your order is shipped you will be mailed a tracking number and URL; All you have to do is open that link, type in your tracking number and you can see your order status. bEAUTY SOLUTIONS does not deliver internationally but orders can be placed from all over the world to be shipped within Pakistan.

The process of placing an order is very simple and hassle free at bEAUTY SOLUTIONS. It involves following steps:

  1. Select your favorite products and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. Tell us where you would like us to ship them.
  3. Choose “Cash on Delivery” as payment option and complete the checkout process.
  4. Once you confirm your order we will call you just to make sure we got everything right.
  5. And you are done! We will deliver your selected products, at your doorstep! All orders
  6. No minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping. All orders will be shipped free of cost within Pakistan

What if I forgot my password?

What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?

Care is taken to ensure that you receive what you order. However, in case of a mistaken shipment, you can always contact bEAUTY SOLUIONS Customer Service to initiate and schedule the Exchange process. Our agent shall then replace the wrong shipment according to your specifications.

Customers who received a wrong product due to mistake of bEAUTY SOLUTIONS are required to do the following:

  1. Take the product to any of our assigned courier office near you. (You will not have to pay anything).
  2. Hand over the product that has to be returned to our designated courier and get a receipt.
  3. Our Courier Staff will bring back the product to the bEauty Solutions warehouse where the correct product would be dispatched right away though our courier with new tracking number.
  4. The new tracking number would be sent through email to the customer.
  5. You can track your order with the assigned tracking number just like a regular order.
